- 3 Carrots
- 2 Large Sweet Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Can Coconut Milk
- Peel and chopped roughly all the vegetables.
- In a pot cover them with water add a pinch of salt.
- Bring to a boil then let simmer for 35 minutes.
- Out of the fire blitz and add the coconut milk.
Delicious with Chili flakes on top and ginger and garlic croutons.
