400g double cream
200g condensed milk
1 cup and half of strawberries (frozen or fresh your choice)
1 can (330ml) Happy Days© Pale Ale from Rascals (technically you'll need half for the recipe and half for yourself)
20 pineapple sage leaves
- Bring half the beer to a boil and then let it simmer for 15 minutes with the leaves of the pineapple sage.
- Add the strawberries, fresh or frozen and let it cook for 5 more minutes. Let it cool down. Let it sit for at least 12 hours in the fridge.
- Whisk the double cream.
- Remove the sage from the strawberry mix and blend.
- Mix everything together and add the condensed milk. Pour in a container and in the freezer for 12 hours.
