Yield: For 1 quiche

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Additional Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes

A traditional recipe very easy to do and that you can easily freeze for those days when you don’t want to be spending too much time in the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 225g Flour
  • 100g Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Water
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients, mix well.
  2. Wrap and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll into a 3 mm thick and lined your mould.
  4. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes before adding your mix.

Total Time: 40 minutes

A perfect indulgent recipe good cold or warm.

Ingredients

  • 200g Smoked Lardons ( or bacon sliced)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 230g Cream
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Shortcut pastry

Instructions

  1. In a very hot pan cook you lardons.
  2. In a bowl mix well your eggs and cream, season, add your lardons add also the fat from the pan to the mix.
  3. Pour into your precooked pastry.
  4. Cook at 180C for 25 minutes.
