Quiche Lorraine

A traditional recipe very easy to do and that you can easily freeze for those days when you don’t want to be spending too much time in the kitchen.
Ingredients
- 225g Flour
- 100g Butter
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Water
- Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients, mix well.
- Wrap and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Roll into a 3 mm thick and lined your mould.
- Bake at 180C for 15 minutes before adding your mix.

A perfect indulgent recipe good cold or warm.
Ingredients
- 200g Smoked Lardons ( or bacon sliced)
- 3 Eggs
- 230g Cream
- Salt and pepper
- Shortcut pastry
Instructions
- In a very hot pan cook you lardons.
- In a bowl mix well your eggs and cream, season, add your lardons add also the fat from the pan to the mix.
- Pour into your precooked pastry.
- Cook at 180C for 25 minutes.
