Quiche Lorraine

This recipe used to be an obsession of mine. I think at one point I might have cooked it about 4 times a week.

It used to also be one of our typical winter Sunday dinner as a kid, soup followed by a quiche and it was glorious. Talk about a Proust madeleine.

Boyfriend totally approves of this one. I also sometimes do small versions so they can be frozen and ready whenever I’m craving them.
