A thick pizza bread dough.
Ingredients
- 250g Strong Flour or 00
- 130g Water
- 16g Fresh Yeast
- 5g Salt
- 7g Sugar
- 15g Olive Oil
Instructions
- Mix everything together, knead until the dough becomes smooth (about 10 minutes)
- In a bowl place the dough and leave it to rest overnight in the fridge under a tea towel.
- Take it out of the fridge an hour before using it, it should have doubled in size.
- Roll the dough directly on a tray with baking paper in the desired shape.
- Leave to rest one hour under a damp tea towel.
- Add all of your elements.
- Preheat the oven at 240C and put the kettle on.
- Cook for 35 minutes with a bowl of boiling water underneath.
