- 100g Sugar
- 130g Dark Chocolate
- 2 tbls Flour
- 100g Butter
- 2 tbls Milk
- 3 Eggs
- Whisk the egg whites.
- In a pot on low heat melt the butter, chocolate and milk.
- Add to the pot the sugar and flour.
- Out of the fire add the egg yolks.
- Fold in the egg whites.
- Pour in a greased mould.
- Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
The cake can totally be made gluten-free by replacing the flour by celiac friendly ones.
It can also be made dairy free, oat milk and 50g coconut oil and 20g cacao butter to replace the 100g of butter is my favourite option.
This cake is also perfect a little undercooked the middle will be extremely luscious.
