I definitely had fun with this scoring, the dough is really appropriate for it. I do also love the taste of barley.
This bread is perfect with a good piece of dark chocolate or for sandwiches. Here though it doesn’t last long. Not that I am complaining because it means I just need to bake more and get to try a whole lot of different combinations.
